Introduction

The developers required the construction of new offices for Centrelink on multiple blocks in the Tamworth CBD. The resultant facility has become a landmark in the Tamworth CBD, with two street frontages and off-street parking for clients and visitors. To overcome some restrictive Council policies and accommodate an existing (deep) Council sewer main, the development includes an access stair and service tunnel for maintenance of the Council infrastructure.
